Dubuque Boys Club Basketball Throwback T-Shirt
The Dubuque Boys Club Basketball Throwback T-Shirt features a design found only at Dubuque Clothing Co., printed on a premium tee with soft, high-quality inks built to last.
The Dubuque Boys' Club traces back to January 15, 1900, when Kate Keith Van Duzee founded it as the Dubuque Boys' Welfare Association, starting with just 13 members. It grew into a genuine Dubuque institution, moving through a string of homes across the city - City Hall's G.A.R. rooms, the old High School Annex, the former Dubuque Bread Company building - before settling into a new West 13th Street facility in 1967. Membership swelled from those original 13 boys to 710 by 1944 and nearly 1,200 by its 1950 golden anniversary, with gyms and basketball courts long serving as the heart of after-school life for generations of Dubuque kids, before the club merged with the Girls' Club in 1998.
