This design is one-of-a-kind and found only at Dubuque Clothing Co. — the Star of Dubuque, Dubuque, Iowa Fleece Hoodie keeps it clean and classic with an arched “Dubuque” over a single star and “Est. 1833 • Iowa,” printed on a soft fleece hoodie with high-quality inks built to last.
Dubuque proudly claims the title of Iowa’s oldest city. Julien Dubuque was mining lead along the bluffs in the late 1700s, but the town itself took root in 1833, when the land west of the Mississippi was officially opened to settlement and miners streamed across the river to stake their claims. That’s more than a decade before Iowa became a state. From those rough-and-tumble mining days to the steeples, river bluffs, and brick neighborhoods we know today, Dubuque has been here from the very beginning — and this hoodie wears that hometown pride simply and well.
